Hi, I am a post grad student at Bristol University, studying for an MSc in Economics: my first degree was in Mathematics from Nottingham University (1st with honours).
While at University I tutored A-level, AS-level and GCSE students in all units (Pure 1-6, Mechanics, Statistics and Discrete) with excellent results. While working for my A-levels I took classes from key stage 2 up to GCSE - again results were positive, students often leaping two grades (e.g C to A) in after school groups. I am au fait with all aspects of the A-level and GCSE syllabi, and the requirements of the various different exam boards. Having been through the exams relatively recently, and with my work preparing students for exams over the past 5 years I am aware of not only how to best teach the subject matter, but also the common tricks and question forms the examiners use, a knowledge of which is often the difference between grades.
